Ajax has been in operation since 1939, when we began building machines for the war effort in World War II. Our first product was a bench drilling machine, which is still running in our showroom today, demonstrating the reliability and longevity of Ajax machines. While CNC machines are the core of our business, we continue to offer a full range of conventional manual machines for customers who prefer not to use CNC.

Our goal is to manufacture machines that perform their intended tasks effectively and have a long lifespan, as this is what our customers desire.

Unlike older machines, we are now at the cutting edge of technology. We utilize a Renishaw XL80 Laser to calibrate and verify our machines, along with a Renishaw Ball Bar to check accuracy and alignments. This ensures that Ajax can supply high-precision machines, and we can provide evidence to support this claim. Additionally, we offer future-proof accuracy with annual checks and recalibrations of your machine to maintain optimal precision.
